Piano Lamps

A piano lamp is a small kind of adjustable lamp that you can place on top of a piano. Piano lamps can be purchased from any kind of lighting catalog. In many cases, as stated above, it is simple enough to adapt a standard desk lamp for the purpose of lighting your piano, as both kinds of lamps are both easily adaptable and comparatively light. At a large music store that features pianos you may be able to find lights that are marketed specifically as piano lights and which have padded bases to prevent the stands of the lamps from scratching or otherwise marring the glossy surface of the top of the piano.
